Return Policy
Terms and Conditions
Product Returns
Requests for returns resulting from UZO1™ errors, must be made within 7 days of product receipt date. A Return Authorization (RA) number must accompany all returns and is valid for 10 days. Any package received without an RA number will be refused.
All non-defective returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee
All returns must be sent freight pre-paid, call tags will not be issued. Freight credit will not be given for customer errors except for defective product. Freight will only be credited for UZO1™ errors. Any returns that are sent back freight collect will be refused.
Any non-defective return received that is not 100% resalable (with all original packaging, all parts, instructions, and labels) will be returned to you at your expense. Do not write RA number or stick labels on the original packaging as that will make it non-resalable.
Credit will not be given until the product in question has been received back by UZO1™.
All claims of defective products must be made within 20 days
All defective products must be sent returned freight prepaid
All defective returns will be inspected. Product that is found to be non-defective or used will not be credited. Such product will be returned to you at your expense.
All defective returns must be returned in an original packaging box
Product Damage in Transit
To receive a credit for product damaged in transit, the product must be signed for as damaged and the damage must be reported to UZO1™ within 5 days of receipt of the product. The product must be returned in its original exterior carton. If the following conditions are not a credit met, a credit cannot be issued.
